Pearl Chan
Founder, New York Chapter President
Pearl Chan is an investment banking analyst in Consumer Retail at Goldman Sachs in New York. Pearl graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics (Management and Accounting Plan) double major in June 2007. Miss Chan was the former President of the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi and Founder of ASPIRE Woman. Following her sophomore year in college, Pearl was first introduced to finance through her internships at Merrill Lynch and Zepeda & Company, a boutique investment bank. Her interest in finance continued to grow, and she spent her junior summer interning in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs covering clients in the High Tech and Healthcare industries.
By founding ASPIRE Woman, Pearl combines her love of business with her sincere interest and dedication to educating the next generation of women about business opportunities. She hopes ASPIRE Woman will provide an outlet in which women can learn about business, develop skills, and create a lasting network.
Amy Wang
Founder, Los Angeles Chapter President
Amy is currently a Senior at the University of California, Los Angeles and will graduate with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Economics in Spring 2008. Amy is very active in the community and has served as the Founding Partner of Bruin Success Coaches, Vice President of Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, Vice President for Bruin Toastmasters, and Founding Member of Entrepreneur Mentor Society. She enjoys mentoring high school students and entering college freshmen through non-profit organizations such as the Riordan Programs and Peer Connect. Currently, she is interning at Colony Capital, one of the largest private equity firms that specializes in real-estate investments.
Amy enjoys being a part of a moving force of young women in business, and having the opportunity to work with like-minded people. She founded ASPIRE Woman with the hopes of increasing awareness amongst young women, such as herself, in the fast-paced business environment. Amy is sincerely thankful for the continued support and guidance of her peers, mentors, and family members. In turn, she loves to remain active and contribute back to the community.
Maymie Chan
Director of Initiatives and Research
Maymie is currently a Senior at the University of California, Los Angeles. She will complete her degree in Linguistics, Psychology, and Chinese in 2008. Maymie has studied abroad at Beijing Normal University, and is very active in her business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi.
Tiffany Hsia
Director of Public Relations
Tiffany is a Business Economics major at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is currently a Junior, and involved with Delta Sigma Pi and Student Alumni Association. Tiffany also works at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, and has interned in the Corporate CRM department with The Walt Disney Company.
Brenice Lewis
Director of Community Relations
Brenice is currently a Junior studying Economics and Public Policy at the University of California, Los Angeles. She has served at an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of the Academy of Business Leadership, and was the Manager of Institute Support for Teach for America.
Jessica Ngo
Director of Corporate Relations
Jessica is Business-Economics major with a minor in Accounting at the University of California, Los Angeles. She will graduate in 2009 with her Bachelor's of Arts degree. Jessica is very involved with her business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, as well as Bruin Consulting and Dance Marathon. She has also interned with Direct TV in Los Angeles. Jessica is a firm believer and supporter for business-minded women and the power of networking.
Karen Or
Director of Marketing
Karen is a Business Economics major at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is the graphics designer for the Daily Bruin, a very prestigious and highly-recognized student publication. Karen is also part of the Daily Bruin Advertising team, and involved with Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.

Odelia is currently a Junior studying Economics/International Area Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. She volunteers for Project Literacy, and is involved with Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Project Literacy aims to improve literacy rates in impoverished areas
of LA. Over one hundred UCLA volunteers provide one-on-one tutoring
yearly to adults, teens, and children at the Watts and Vernon branches
of the LA Public Library and the Mar Vista Gardens housing development
in Culver City.
Wendy Zheng
Director of Finance
Wendy is a Business-Economics and Chinese double-major, and Accounting minor at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a transfer from Evergreen Valley Community College after her studies in Business Administration and Management. Wendy has worked with the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center in the Control Power Electronics department as an Engineering Intern as well as the National Planning Corporation in the Department of Surveillance. In addition, Wendy was involved with the Healthcare Management team in the Riordan Programs through the Anderson Graduate School of Management.
